Este acuerdo está realizado entre GBC y usted, el usuario y/o miembro de el Sitio (usted). Nos reservamos en cualquier momento el derecho de:

• Transmitir cualquier software u otros materiales que contengan cualquier virus, gusanos, bombas de tiempo, caballos de Troya u otro componente dañino o disruptivo;
• Modificar, adaptar, sublicenciar, traducir, vender, realizar ingeniería de reversa, descompilar o desensamblar cualquier parte de el Sitio;
• Remover cualquier aviso de derechos de autor, marca registrada u otros derechos de propiedad contenidos en el Sitio;
• “Enmarcar” o “reflejar cualquier parte de el Sitio sin nuestra autorización previa por escrito;
• Usar cualquier robot, araña, recuperación de sitio/aplicación de búsqueda, u otro dispositivo manual o automático para procesar, indexar, “extraer datos” o cualquier forma de reproducción o eludir la estructura de navegación o la presentación de el Sitio o sus contenidos;

Queda prohibida su copia, comercialización, distribución pública o privada sin la previa autorización escrita por parte de Global Business Community. Cualquier persona que viole los derechos de propiedad intelectual que protegen este programa y cualquier programa creado por Global Business Community será remitido ante las autoridades jurídicas competentes; y en caso de ser estudiante será expulsado del programa sin que esto configure la necesidad de devolución del dinero cancelado para su matrícula en el programa.

Miscellaneous: 

This Agreement is governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regards to its principles of conflicts of law. You agree to personal jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in Broward County, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Agreement is not assignable, transferable or sub-licensable by you except with our prior written consent. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. Any heading, caption or section title contained in this Agreement is inserted only as a matter of convenience and in no way defines or explains any section or provision hereof. This, together with all the GBC policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes and any all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between us.
